Orders are received and shipped direct from our showroom, warehouse, or manufacturer within two business days. Fulfillment delays from the manufacturer will be noted on the site, when possible. If there is a delay sending your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
If you have to cancel your order, we will try every means to cancel your order. However we try to process orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your order quickly. Sometimes we can't stop the item(s) from shipping, so in this case the cancellation will be handled as a return. Note: Shipping charges may be non-refundable. Badge Orders - "Smith & Warren" are non-refundable special orders and cancellations for Badge order must take place within 24hours.

All items returned must be in their original packages and No Items will be exchanged or returned for credit if there has been any sign of use /or/ wear. For exchanges due to size, color or finish there will be a shipping charge. Stratton Hats being returned for refund will incur a 25% restocking fee as all Stratton Hats are made to order. Any Stratton hat ordered with instructions for "Vent Holes or Badge Hole" is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Smith & Warren Badges and all accessories "Sales Are Final." We won't accept any return on Smith & Warren badges or accessories as these items are all made to order. A cancellation of a Smith & Warren must happen within 24hours for a refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and handling and 25% restocking fee). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on your account minus the 25% restocking fee which you can use against future purchases. Again, Refunds/Credit will only be issued for items which are in new condition. If an item has been used and is not defective, Brateman's will not accept it back into inventory and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning a product for any reason, please include a brief note for our returns dept. without a note or receipt returns go unsolved. All returns / exchanges should be sent to the address below.
